In the 1995 Toyota Camry, if the power goes out for a replacement battery or for another reason the Alarm will reset and will not allow you to start the car. If you have a remote key then you would be able to reset the alarm just using the remote. However in the case that the remote is missing, you will have to use the alarm reset toggle located on the left side driver panel next to where your left foot would set. The small, thin toggle is pointing down. To Reset: Make sure power is on and powering all electronics. put key in ignition and turn all the way to the right, next to the point the car would normally turn on. Leave key to the right. Within 5 seconds, push the toggle in opposite direction it is currently set. Push the toggle to the original position. Turn key to the left and remove.
